2010-11 Academic Leadership Program Kicks Off in Madison

Oct 14, 2010

The 2010-11 Academic Leadership Program Fellows will convene for the program's first seminar Oct. 14-16 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Fluno Center For Executive Education.

The CIC’s signature professional development opportunity, ALP consists of three intensive three-day seminars which rotate among campuses. Experts, nearly all from CIC universities, address fellows on important issues and topics specifically oriented to the challenges of academic administration at major research universities.

This year's Fellows were chosen by their local campuses to participate in ALP, which develops the leadership and managerial skills of faculty who have demonstrated exceptional ability and academic promise. Here is the list of 2010-11 Fellows (opens in PDF).
