The Big Ten Academic Alliance is delighted to announce our new Project Coordinators, Lori Frost, Laurel Rosch, and Sharon Lee.


The Big Ten Academic Alliance is delighted to announce our new Project Coordinators, Lori Frost, Laurel Rosch, and Sharon Lee.

photo of BTAA staff L. FrostLori’s primary responsibilities will be supporting the Chief Information Officers and their many project and peer groups. Lori comes to us from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she has served in the Chancellor’s Office and the Alumni Association. Currently the Assistant Director of Special Events, Lori was previously with Illinois’ Alumni Association for 12 years, first as an Assistant Director for Alumni Clubs and then as an Associate Director for Alumni Network Services and Project Management. Lori has a B.S. from Illinois State University and a MEXED from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

photo of Laurel Reed Laurel will be helping to support the Liberal Arts and Sciences Deans and the Senior International Officers. Laurel joins us from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she has served as Associate Director of the Illini Union since 2007. Previously, Laurel worked in the student activities offices at Syracuse University and Denison University. Laurel has an M.S. from Colorado State University and earned dual B.A. degrees in English Literature and Journalism from the University of Kentucky.


Sharon LeeSharon will be working on Graduate Deans’ programs and initiatives. With the Big Ten Academic Alliance since 2013, she has provided administrative support for the Chief Information Officers, the Academic Leadership Program, and the Traumatic Brain Injury Research Collaboration, among other programs and initiatives. Sharon previously worked for the University of Illinois Counseling Center and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
