On June 17, the CIC extended an invitation of membership to the University of Nebaska-Lincoln, which was accepted. UNL will enter the CIC on July 1, 2011, the same date as it becomes a full member of the Big Ten athletic conference.
In collaboration with our
colleagues from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, the CIC has
developed a timeline graphic and a FAQ to address many of the questions
regarding the process of laying the groundwork for this transition.
