Will the information I provide be shared with other parties?

If you agree to the sharing agreement then your questionnaire answers and attachments will be shared with the other participating Big Ten Academic Alliance members.

What are the benefits of signing the Collaborative Sharing Agreement?

As a result of accepting the Collaborative Sharing Agreement, participating Big Ten Academic Alliance universities that engage with your company can simplify their evaluation process, potentially saving your company time and avoiding duplicative work and questionnaires.

If I reject the Collaborative Sharing Agreement (NDA), do I still need to complete this questionnaire?

Yes, the questionnaire needs to be completed and submitted regardless of accepting the sharing agreement.

How do I allow someone else to answer questions on my behalf?

You will need to provide the name(s) of the contact person to your university's CSAP administrator so they can create an account for the user(s), you then can assign the user(s) the questionnaire within the Vendor portal.

How do I change a response once I've submitted the questionnaire?

Once a questionnaire has been submitted it will be reviewed by the university's security group. If you contact the university's CSAP administrator they can send the questionnaire back to you to make additional edits.
